Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • Uniden ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Canada.
  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT may begin processing the next business day.
  • Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, and American Samoa are consolidated and shipped weekly or bi-weekly (typically Fridays).
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and supply chain conditions.
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and the selected FedEx service.

FedEx Home Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Rate:
    • $99+: Free

FedEx Express Saver (3-Day)

  • Estimated Delivery: 3 business days after shipment
  • Flat Rates:
    • Under $500: $50
    • $500–$1000: $60
    • $1000+: $75

FedEx Overnight

  • Estimated Delivery: Next business day after shipment
  • Flat Rates:
    • Under $500: $100
    • $500–$1000: $125
    • $1000+: $150
  • Note: Overnight delivery is available only within the continental U.S.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.

Important Shipping Notes

  • UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Lithium-ion batteries cannot ship via priority air services.
  • Allow one extra day for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • If shipping to a business address, the business name must be included, or the package may be returned.

International Orders

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Uniden is not liable for packages damaged or lost in transit. If damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and retain all packaging.

Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
