SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Uniden ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Canada.
- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days in most cases.*
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
* Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, and American Samoa will be consolidated and shipped on weekly or bi-weekly (on Friday) based on order volume. Estimated delivery date may vary due to customs and supply chain conditions.*
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.*

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours after your package has been shipped.

- Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
- We cannot ship via FedEx SmartPost® to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Please add an extra day for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
- UPS and FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. Lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped priority (by air).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
If you wish to have your package delivered to your business, you MUST enter your business name in the "Business Name" field of the address if this is being shipped to a business. Otherwise, it will be returned to us and you will be charged in order to have it shipped again.
Uniden is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Uniden is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
