Reception is scratchy

Reception is scratchy. Difficult to program. Manuel does not help much and Sentinel software almost as bad. Uniden really needs to update and improve these programming and software. If my scanner were programmed correctly I might give it a higher rating.

Extremely satisfied the SDS 150

Extremely satisfied the SDS 150. The GPS. Built into the radio. Excellent Improvements. And U/AWARE With the calls going to the phone, it makes it easier to see what Agency is being received. And if you get that static, you can just avoid it. With a touch

Check your Radio!

I received the radio. It was easy to get going by simply entering in a zip code. My only complaint is that when I pulled off the top protective screen, there was a small scratch. I had custom cut a protective film I was going to apply. I emailed Uniden and they sent me a label and had me send in for replacement - they will not send me the part I need to replace. So, I am out 2 weeks without a radio due to a quality defect.
